These are Electro Plated and E-coated toggles made out of Copper/Brass.

Large Size is: 18X2mm round (24mm with loop/ring on top)
Bar is 35mm long and (8mm thick with attached ring to the bar)

Small Size is: 15X2mm round (20mm with loop/ring on top)
Bar is 29mm long and (8mm thick with attached ring to the bar)
