14-Day Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date.

Defective or Damaged Items If an item is defective, damaged, or not in usable condition (or if the return is a result of our shipping error), we will cover the return shipping costs (for US only).

• Important: You must contact us to verify return shipping coverage before you ship the items back. Please do not ship damaged items without prior authorization.

Chain Returns

• Cut Chains: Chains that have been cut to your specific order measurements are final sale and cannot be returned.

• Whole Spools: Full spools of chain may be returned within 14 days. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs on these items.
